  • This is an image taken over the White River during our big snow storm a few weeks back.  I save this gallery for those times when nature shows herself in ways that are very unusual. I guess that definition would be more or less dependent on where you live and the kinds of weather and geologic activity in your area.  This storm was a record setter.

Even though this is the White River, it is clearly looking black against the snow.
